I finally attempted a file folder card for my second Monday Mailer. I cheated a little on the tab since I didn't have my tab punch with me, and traced around one from another card.
Ileana if you see this, I hope you know you will see these soon. Sorry for the wrong address problem.
The third Monday Mailer is a super cute idea I found while blog surfing. I used the heart from Priceless to make the shamrock and the "lucky" came from the Tre chic background stamp. I also made it easy on myself and used the layout from Cannie's Monday Mailer to me last week. I loved the Birthday Whimsy card she sent me so much. I really like how this turned out if I do say so myself!!
Old Olive, Night of Navy and More Mustard.
I am determined, Determined to do Cyndi's scrapbook challenges this weekend or during Easter Break. I'm going to catch up. I am. I am. I am. If I have to hire a maid. LOL What a joke!
My son had his second start for Varsity and pitched a no-hitter tonight!! I knew he would do extremely well this year but I sure didn't expect a no-hitter. I am so proud of him!
Recipe: River rock, Blue Bayou, Close to Cocoa cardstock; Really Rust ink; Big Pieces and It's all Good stamp sets, plus Close to Cocoa Satin Ribbon. Techniques - paper distressing with scissors, paper piercing, and sponging.

Just haven't had time to breath.
My first attempt at sewing on a card or page. What do you think?
I used some old SU retired patterned paper.(Thanks to Beth) Close to Cocoa paper and ribbon and Coral paper. Sponged all the edges with Close to Cocoa. Jumbo outline alpha for the title. It just felt like it was missing something, so I decided to attempt the sewing. I really like how it turned out and gave the pages just that extra umph. And it was easy!!
Thanks for looking.
